  - Please note that the Wisconsin Dept. of Revenue no longer provides printed instructions for many Wisconsin forms, including instructions for Form 1. Individuals can request free tax forms be mailed to them by visiting the Department's website.
- We have a small collection of basic federal and state tax forms at the library. We also have internet access computers you can use to print out tax forms and information (15 cents per page black and white, 50 cents per page color printing)
